It’s been two weeks since NaNoWriMo came to an end and, wow, does time go by quickly! Of course I think I deserved to take a bit of breather after concluding a pretty intense month by finishing what eventually became the first act of my book, but before I knew it, December was nearly half-way over and it’s been fairly quiet on the writing front. Aside from the weekly Star Wars stories on Monday there haven’t really been any blog posts to speak of and the progress on the continuation of Pwnage has been, gradual at best. Time to put an end to that, I say!
Without the deadline like the one in November, I can take things a bit easier, but that doesn’t mean I should go and slack off like I’ve been doing lately. As NaNoWriMo has proven once again, books don’t write themselves! And what to think of all the unfinished stories, of all those poems waiting to be written?! It’s time they once more receive the attention they need to be given shape! It’s time for your Archivist to return to the writing desk once more! And I can think of no better way to start things off than with a good old motivational haiku!
