Unfortunately not a whole lot of progress on the Star Wars writing front this week. Construction of the outline of Frontline‘s plot has been stalled a bit, which was in part due to some other circumstances that had priority over this. It’s somewhat discouraging, but I’m not giving up! The saga must go on!
Things haven’t ground to a complete halt, though. Since Frontline will be featuring the first real major battle I’ve ever written, I’ve been spending some time in Galactic Battlegrounds‘ scenario editor to get a good idea of what the battlefield will actually look like. It really helps bringing the story to life even more and allows me to better plan out the battle itself and its numerous elements. This, I believe, will in turn greatly benefit the story.
Furthermore, I do have several basic character profiles ready, including the stories’ main Jedi ladies Shamila and Bultar and ARC Trooper captain Flash. One of these you’ll be seeing more of today, while the other two and more will, of course, make their appearance in the upcoming weeks.
And that’s it for this week’s updates. Hopefully I can bring you more progress and interesting news. Until then, may the Force be with you!
